SURVEYING THE EDUCATIONAL &
PRACTICE NEEDS OF DUAL PRACTITIONERS
In order to better understand the educational and
practice needs of Dual Practitioners (those practitioners that practice
both chiropractic and acupuncture); SCU has designed the following survey
to assist us in assessing our capacity to support individual, group and
student growth.
This
survey is intended to help us determine the needs of a Dual Practitioner
and better assist us in developing and offering programs that will help
them succeed. We know that work/life balance goals are more easily
reached with a strong education; therefore we ask that you take a few
minutes to complete this survey. The survey will take approximately 15-20
minutes to complete and all responses will remain anonymous.

survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RBKDP8T
